We’re in our 60s and have become fitter and stronger
John Bawden has been our personal trainer for the past 10 years. He has tailored his training to suit our age group (60+ years) where we have achieved strength and fitness through regular sessions. Being well informed of the human anatomy, we feel confident to be guided by him should we need to address any muscular or physical problems. We enjoy our gym workouts and highly recommend John.
