“I was told about John’s fitness training by a friend. As he concentrates on the over 40’s fitness for women I was interested so went along. I didn’t want to get into lifting heavy weights I just want to tone up and build some strength. I am very impressed with John’s approach to training and his understanding of neck and shoulder problems both of which i suffer from. He is very helpful with advice etc on what you want to achieve out of the training and he works around your injuries/problems so you can keep training and not do more damage. The atmosphere at the training sessions is great and very friendly. I can’t wait to see the results.”
