He is always professional and respectful, injecting the sessions with fascinating information related to health and fitness as well as his warm and engaging sense of humour. In the core strength classes for women, his focus is on technique so that we get the most out of our sessions and he gently encourages us to go a little bit beyond what we think we’re capable of. I highly recommend John for those in mid life who’d like to improve and maintain their fitness.
